Please check the quality of your oils I would recommend original swiss aromatics especially if ingesting. Dr Kurt schnaubelt has written many books on the subject the best one to consult, medical aromatherapy. His oils are sourced from the organic wild crafted growers and then directly to the end user. No mlm. Also check out Nadine Artemis living libations her recent book Renegade beauty is excellent.
