Did you know that you can raise your vibration with food?
But what exactly is a vibration?
Have you ever received a “bad vibe” from someone and you knew intuitively that you didn’t mesh with that person?
Our bodies, and everything else in the universe, are made up of energy and that energy vibrates at different frequencies. If your energy is out of alignment with a particular person, place, or thing, it can affect the well-being of your mind and body.
Many things affect our vibration and there are simple strategies to raise it. Here are some of my favorites:
- De-cluttering your emotional and physical space of clutter
- Create something
- Use essential oils or crystals
- Drink water
- Move your body
- Listen to music
- Take a bath with Epsom salts
- Ground yourself by walking barefoot and taking in the energy from the Earth
- Express gratitude
- Show kindness to someone
- Hug someone you love
- Set boundaries with people that drain your energy
- Take a technology detox
- Read a self-development book
- Mediate, practice visualization, repeat affirmations
- Eat high vibrational food
The foods with the highest vibration are organically grown fresh fruits and vegetables, preferably raw. Anything unethically farmed, such as factory farmed meat and dairy will lower your vibration.
Here are some delicious recipes to help raise your vibration and overall health and well-being.
This smoothie packs so much nutrients with the addition of beets! If you eat a plant based or vegan diet, you can leave out the yogurt or find a plant based version.
Another delicious recipe that utilizes berries and spinach, two of the highest vibrational foods that exist. Berry and Avocado Super Salad
Fermented foods are high in the list for raising your vibration.
Here’s a simple recipe:
Here is a raw, vegan ravioli recipe that is perfect for the summer heat!

Decluttering can do many things for you, such as bringing you into a state of calm, making you more confident in your own abilities, and giving you the self-efficacy and confidence. However, the most important benefit of decluttering is that it helps organize your life.
Creating something can relax your mind and improve your positive vibrations. Your creation doesn’t necessarily have to be perfect. The fact that you made it yourself is more than enough to make you feel better since you know that you’re capable of creating something beautiful.
Use Essential Oils Or Crystals
With essential oils, there’s very little risk involved in experiencing any negative side effects because the natural ingredients will be contained within the products. This means that there will be less risk involved when trying to find a skincare product. Furthermore, the best thing about using these products is that you won’t have to worry about harmful chemicals being. You can even use these essential oils or crystals to create your own extracts at home.
Different oils and crystals, such as clear quartz, have their respective functions. So, it’s up to you to choose the one that’ll work for the purpose you intend to achieve.
Drinking water may seem like a very simple thing to do. But when life gets busy, often, you’ll forget to give yourself a sufficient supply of water. For you to feel better about yourself, your body needs to hydrate.
Here are other benefits of drinking water:
Improve your mood and memory;
Reduce the risk of kidney and bladder infections;
Reduce the onset of headaches and migraines.
Set Boundaries With People That Drain Your Energy
If there are friends or family members that do nothing but bring negativity to your life, it’s okay to create a barrier from them. You don’t have to suffer emotionally and psychologically by forcing yourself to be with people that are pessimists. When life has too many stressors, you can eliminate it one by one; start with people that drain your energy.
Read A Self-Development Book
Self-development books are published by renowned authors that have studied the psychology of self-improvement. When you look at yourself in the mirror today, don’t think of yourself as in your final and best state since there’s always room for improvement. If you don’t know where to start, these self-help books are a very good resource.
