Recipes to Raise Your Vibration


Did you know that you can raise your vibration with food?

But what exactly is a vibration?

Have you ever received a “bad vibe” from someone and you knew intuitively that you didn’t mesh with that person?

Our bodies, and everything else in the universe, are made up of energy and that energy vibrates at different frequencies.  If your energy is out of alignment with a particular person, place, or thing, it can affect the well-being of your mind and body.

Many things affect our vibration and there are simple strategies to raise it.  Here are some of my favorites:

  • De-cluttering your emotional and physical space of clutter
  • Create something
  • Use essential oils or crystals
  • Drink water
  • Move your body
  • Listen to music
  • Take a bath with Epsom salts
  • Ground yourself by walking barefoot and taking in the energy from the Earth
  • Express gratitude
  • Show kindness to someone
  • Hug someone you love
  • Set boundaries with people that drain your energy
  • Take a technology detox
  • Read a self-development book
  • Mediate, practice visualization, repeat affirmations

And lastly…

  • Eat high vibrational food

The foods with the highest vibration are organically grown fresh fruits and vegetables, preferably raw.  Anything unethically farmed, such as factory farmed meat and dairy will lower your vibration.

Here are some delicious recipes to help raise your vibration and overall health and well-being.

This smoothie packs so much nutrients with the addition of beets!  If you eat a plant based or vegan diet, you can leave out the yogurt or find a plant based version.
